Adam Johnson BA, LLB, MBA
Chairman
Adam Johnson graduated from the Australian National University with Degrees in Arts and Law. He has also completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia. In 1980 he established his legal practice. He is a past member of the Council of the Environment and Planning Law Association (NSW) Inc and is a former President of the Society of the Art Gallery of NSW.

David McEvoy BSc, Grad Dip (Geophysics)
Non Executive Director
David McEvoy graduated from the University of New South Wales and has over 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry since joining Esso Australia Limited in 1969. Key positions held within Exxon affiliates included Esso Australia Limited's Exploration General Manager, Exploration and Development Vice President for Esso Resources Canada and Regional Vice President of Exxon Exploration Company responsible for Exxon's exploration activities in the Far East, USA, Canada and South America. He was recently the Business Development Vice President and member of the Management Committee of Exxon (subsequently ExxonMobil) Exploration Company, responsible for new exploration and development opportunities worldwide. He is currently a non-executive director of Po Valley Energy Limited, Woodside Petroleum Limited and Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited.

Steven Koroknay BE (Hons) – Civil Eng, FAICD, FAusIMM, FIEA
Non Executive Director
Steven is a graduate of the University of Sydney and has over 30 years experience in the international oil and gas industry. His career began with Esso and over a 15 year period he became the Technical Manager of Esso's upstream activities in Australia and performed various US assignments. He later joined Bridge Oil Limited as Production Manager rising to Executive Director – Resources over a period of 10 years. With Bridge he had extensive involvement in the Cooper Basin development as well as the Surat Basin oil and gas developments. Most recently he founded Anzon Energy and Anzon Australia, companies involved in onshore Indonesian operations and the innovative offshore Basker Manta oil development respectively. Mr Koroknay was formerly a Councillor of APPEA and the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the School of Petroleum Engineering at The University of New South Wales. He is also a non-executive director of Cue Energy Resources, Eastern Corporation, Galilee Energy and Metgasco Limited.

Ms Stanley is a partner of Stanley Yeates & Associates, Chartered Accountants. For nearly 20 years, she has performed the role of Chief Financial Officer for a number of listed companies. These companies include ASX listed companies in the technology sector, and resource companies engaged in mineral and petroleum exploration both in Australia and overseas.

Chief Executive Officer
David Kinsman brings to Innamincka Petroleum a wealth of management and commercial expertise gathered from several international companies across a range of industries. Immediately prior to joining Innamincka as Chief Financial Officer, David held various senior financial and commercial roles with Boeing in the Defence industry. He has both exploration and development experience in the oil and gas industry within Australia and New Guinea, having previously held positions working for Chevron, Santos and MIM Petroleum Exploration.

Martin Spiby MSc (Petroleum Exploration Studies) BSc (Hons 2.1 Geology & Physics)
Chief Engineer
Martin is a reservoir / petroleum engineer with over 25 years of oil industry experience gained with major operating companies in the North Sea and internationally. He has a broad engineering background with significant experience in production engineering, reservoir engineering, petrophysics, well testing and reservoir management. His core skills lie in well test analysis and reservoir development and management through simulation. Prior to his appointment Martin held the position of Reservoir Engineering Manager for Oil Search Limited.

Mike Bucknill
Chief Geoscientist
Mike is a geophysicist/geologist with 25 years experience in Australasia and internationally. Mike’s strong geophysics skills complement his geological experience and provide Innamincka with specialist expertise in the pursuit of developing the company’s exploration assets. Prior to working with Innamincka Mike held the position of Technical Director Paradigm Asia-Pacific, having previously worked for Japan National Oil Company, Japan Energy Corporation, MIM Petroleum, Delhi Petroleum, and Esso Australia. Mike’s core technical skills and experience with a diverse range of basins, reservoirs and trap types will prove invaluable as the company grows and broadens it’s asset base.
