Board of Directors and Senior Management
	Nicholas Davies BSc (Hons Maths/Eng) Chairman Prior to joining Acer Energy Mr Davies was CEO and MD of Arrow Energy from 2004 to 2010 and led the company from early stages until agreement to sell the company was reached in early 2010 for approximately $3.5 billion. Mr Davies has 32 years experience in the Oil and Gas business and prior to Arrow was President of BP�s Asia Gas and Power business based in Tokyo. He is also Chairman of Dart Energy Limited.
	Adam Johnson BA, LLB, MBA Non Executive Director Adam Johnson graduated from the Australian National University with Degrees in Arts and Law. He has also completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia. In 1980 he established his legal practice. He is a past member of the Council of the Environment and Planning Law Association (NSW) Inc and is a former President of the Society of the Art Gallery of NSW. Adam is also the former Chairman and founding director of the company.
	David McEvoy BSc, Grad Dip (Geophysics) Non Executive Director David McEvoy graduated from the University of New South Wales and has over 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry since joining Esso Australia Limited in 1969. Key positions held within Exxon affiliates included Esso Australia Limited's Exploration General Manager, Exploration and Development Vice President for Esso Resources Canada and Regional Vice President of Exxon Exploration Company responsible for Exxon's exploration activities in the Far East, USA, Canada and South America. He was recently the Business Development Vice President and member of the Management Committee of Exxon (subsequently ExxonMobil) Exploration Company, responsible for new exploration and development opportunities worldwide. He is currently a non-executive director of Po Valley Energy Limited, Woodside Petroleum Limited and AWE Limited.
	Anwar Awan Non Executive Director Anwar has 18 years of investment management experience focusing primarily on the Asia Pacifc region and the resources sector. Anwar co-founded Republic Investment Pte Ltd (“Republic”) in October 2003. Anwar is a director and majority shareholder in Republic.
	Shaun Scott Non Executive Director Prior to joining Acer Energy Shaun was Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Energy Limited (Arrow) and previously served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Arrow. He is a Chartered Accountant and has held senior financial and commercial positions with Energy Developments Ltd, NRG Asia Pacific, Ltd (NRG) and Atlantic Richfield Company. He is currently a director of Dart Energy.
Company Secretary
	Leni Stanley B.Com, CA Company Secretary Ms Stanley is a partner of Stanley Yeates & Associates, Chartered Accountants. For nearly 20 years, she has performed the role of Chief Financial Officer for a number of listed companies. These companies include ASX listed companies in the technology sector, and resource companies engaged in mineral and petroleum exploration both in Australia and overseas.
Executive Employees
	Clint Adams Chief Executive Officer Clint until recently was , Chief Commercial Officer of Arrow Energy. He played a pivotal role in all of the major transactions undertaken by Arrow between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, Clint worked as an independent energy advisor following an earlier role as Director, Business Development at NRG. He is a chartered accountant with more than 10 years prior E&P experience and more than 20 years experience in the energy and resources sectors.
	Darren Rogers Chief Operating Officer Darren is an experienced energy industry professional with significant asset management, operations and commercial experience. In addition to his recent role as General Manager Energy Markets & Power Development with Arrow, Darren has diverse asset, commercial and transaction experience from a range of other industry players including Babcock & Brown Power, Stanwell Corporation and NRG. Darren is a qualified mechanical engineer and holds Masters Degrees in Engineering and Business and recently completed post graduate qualifications in Commerce.
	Simon Cunningham Chief Financial Officer Simon, a certified accountant, has extensive energy and resources experience having held senior corporate finance roles with diversified engineering services group Ausenco Limited, international renewable energy provider Energy Developments Limited and independent power producer NRG. Most recently he served as the Finance Director of Ascent Resources plc, a London listed independent oil and gas exploration and production company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the commercial, finance, treasury and investor relations functions.
	Mike Bucknill GM Exploration Mike is a geophysicist/geologist with over 25 years experience in Australasia and internationally. Mike’s strong geophysics skills complement his geological experience and provide Acer Energy with specialist expertise in the pursuit of developing the company’s exploration assets. Prior to working with Acer Energy Mike held the position of Technical Director Paradigm Asia-Pacific, having previously worked for Japan National Oil Company, Japan Energy Corporation, MIM Petroleum, Delhi Petroleum, and Esso Australia. Mike’s core technical skills and experience with a diverse range of basins, reservoirs and trap types will prove invaluable as the company grows and broadens it’s asset base.
